Windsor-Essex Real Estate Market Update - March 2022
The residential real estate market numbers are in for March 2022, and while total sales are down for the month, listings and home prices were up.
Highlights include:
- Residential home sales were down 5.01% compared to March 2021
- Listings were up 15.37% from the same month last year
- The average price of a home was up over 35% from a year ago
- Bungalows were the most popular style of home, followed by ranches, 2 storey homes, raised ranches, and 1 1/2 storey homes.
These numbers show that there continues to be high demand for the houses for sale in Windsor and Essex County.
