Windsor-Essex Real Estate Market Update - January 2022
The residential real estate market numbers are in for January 2022, and to start the new year we can see that the Windsor-Essex real estate market continues to be strong.
Highlights include:
- Residential home sales were down 4.59% compared to January 2021
- Listings were up 10.98% from the same month last year
- The average price of a home was up over 26% from a year ago
- Bungalows were the most popular style of home, followed by 2 storey homes, ranches, 1 1/2 storey homes, and raised ranches.
These numbers show that there continues to be high demand for the houses for sale in Windsor and Essex County.
