The residential real estate market numbers are in for January 2021, and to start the new year we can see that the Windsor-Essex real estate market is continuing to grow. 

Highlights include:

• Residential home sales were up 26.5% compared to January 2020
• Listings were down 12.84% from the same month last year
• The average price of a home was up over 35% from a year ago

These numbers indicate that the demand for real estate in Windsor and Essex County remains high, while the supply of available properties remains low, creating additional demand for the homes on the market.
